A Fort Worth Family Business Built on Generations of Home Improvement Experience
Uncle Beedoe’s Services is a family-owned home improvement company serving Fort Worth and the greater DFW Metroplex. Our experience with homes did not begin when the company opened. It was built across generations in Tarrant and Parker Counties, working alongside the family members who came before us and learning how homes are built, repaired and maintained.
Today, Lindsey and Hardee continue that family legacy through home repair, custom home improvement and specialty removal and exclusion services. Hardee’s professional beekeeping experience adds another layer of knowledge when honeybees or other stinging insects make their way into a structure, allowing us to evaluate both the colony and the home surrounding it.

Built on the Generations Before Us
Uncle Beedoe’s Services may be a newer name, but the experience behind it was built across four generations.
It began with Hardee’s great-grandfather hanging wallpaper. His grandfather expanded the family trade into painting, and his father carried that experience further into home repairs and improvements throughout the Fort Worth area.
Hardee grew up alongside his father and grandfather, learning the trades from about as early as he could walk and hold a paintbrush. It is a story many of our clients have heard while we are working in their homes because those early years shaped much of the knowledge and craftsmanship behind Uncle Beedoe’s today.
Over the years, Hardee and his father completed home improvement projects throughout Fort Worth and the surrounding area, with work ranging from repairs and improvements to building two homes. Each generation expanded on what the one before it knew.
Today, we continue that progression through Uncle Beedoe’s Services. We have expanded both the services we provide and the communities we serve while carrying forward the hands-on experience that started generations before our company had a name.
And the family story is still being written. Our son and son-in-law work alongside us, bringing another generation into the trades and continuing a tradition that began with wallpaper, a paintbrush and a family willing to teach the next one what they knew.
Meet Hardee & Lindsey
Our roots in North Texas run deep. Lindsey was born and raised in Weatherford, while Hardee spent most of his early years in Benbrook before moving to Brock during high school. We met our junior year in 2001 and married in 2004. Wherever our professional journey has taken us since, North Texas has remained an important part of our family story.
Our experience has been built through years of working together, running businesses and learning what it means to take responsibility for the work attached to our name. Over the years, both together and independently, we have owned, operated and managed businesses across several industries. After co-managing a home security company, we went on to own and operate one of our own, and we have also worked alongside Hardee’s family at FWC Flooring, a family business established in 1951 and still operated by his father today.
Hardee’s professional experience also expanded beyond the family trades into residential construction, including serving as a superintendent for D.R. Horton. That experience, combined with the hands-on home improvement knowledge he learned working alongside his father and grandfather, gave him an understanding of homes from both the individual repair and larger construction perspectives.
Those experiences eventually came together in Uncle Beedoe’s Services. For us, this company is about more than owning another business. It is an opportunity to build something together that reflects where we came from, serves the communities we call home and creates a foundation for the generations coming after us.
Our goal is simple: do work worth putting our name on and leave the homes, people and communities we encounter better than we found them.

Experience That Connects the Home and the Problem
Homes rarely present problems in neat categories. A honeybee colony inside a wall involves more than removing bees. An animal entering an attic means there is an opening somewhere in the structure. Water-damaged drywall may be the visible result of a problem that started somewhere else.
Our background in home improvement shapes how we approach those situations. We look at the problem in front of us while also considering the part of the home surrounding it, how access can be made when necessary and what will be needed to put the area back together.
That experience is also what made specialty removal and exclusion a natural extension of our work. Hardee brings years of professional beekeeping experience alongside his construction background, giving us the ability to approach structural honeybee removals with an understanding of both the colony and the home it has entered. Our work with wasps and nuisance wildlife follows the same principle: identify how they are using the structure, address the immediate problem and determine what can be done to help prevent the same access point from being used again.
Whether we are repairing drywall, improving an exterior, removing a honeybee colony or addressing an animal entry point, our approach begins with understanding what is happening and what the home needs to move forward.
What Good Work Should Look Like
Good work starts before the tools come out. It begins with listening to what a client is experiencing, understanding what they want to accomplish and taking the time to evaluate the home before deciding what the solution should be.
We believe in showing up prepared, communicating what we find and doing the work with the same care we would expect in our own home. Repairs and improvements should fit the space around them, solutions should make sense for the problem, and clients should understand what we are doing in their home and why.
That responsibility continues until the work is finished. We pay attention to the details that affect the completed result and respect the home while we are working in it. When we leave, our tools, materials and mess should leave with us.
For us, good work is work we are comfortable putting our family name behind and work our clients can feel confident living with after we are gone.
