- Orders placed on our website are processed within 5-7 business days. 
- If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a refund. 
- We reserve the right to cancel fraudulent orders or those affected by pricing errors. 

3.2 Paid Services
- Service bookings may require advance payment or a deposit, depending on the service type. 
- Scheduling is subject to availability, and we will confirm your appointment via email or phone. 
- If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

- There are no refunds offered for completed services. 

- No show charges will apply.

- There are NO refunds for completed services.
