Previous condensation around the HVAC vents had damaged sections of the ceiling drywall in this Decatur, TX home. The client had already addressed the mold prior to our work, and our scope focused on repairing the remaining damaged areas and restoring the ceiling finish.
We removed the affected sheetrock around the vents and opened the areas for inspection. No additional damage requiring repair was found, allowing us to move forward with rebuilding the damaged sections.
New drywall was installed and finished around the HVAC vents, followed by texture matching and paint to blend the repaired areas with the existing ceiling. Floors, walls, furniture, and surrounding surfaces were protected throughout the repair and finishing process.
