We stepped in early with a live, pesticide-free removal, accessing the area and removing the bees and developing comb before the situation escalated into structural damage or honey issues.
The soffit was then sealed, repaired, and secured to shut down future entry points. The colony was safely relocated to our Fort Worth apiary, Bee Shangri-la, to continue to thrive.
